RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and is a family of Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated content such as blog entries, news headlines, and podcasts in a standardized format. An RSS document (which is called a "feed," "web feed," or "channel") contains either a summary of content from an associated web site or the full text. RSS makes it possible for people to keep up with web sites in an automated manner that can be piped into special programs or filtered displays.

For example all the blog entries on this website are syndicated or published using RSS. You can click on the RSS feeds icon next to the blog you wish to subscribe to. It will open up another page with the blog posts displaying at the bottom and an option to subscribe to our feeds at the top of the page. You can subscribe to our feeds using Live Bookmarks, Microsoft Office Outlook, Bloglines, My Yahoo and Google. You can choose from the list from the drop down list provided, and click on 'Subscribe Now' to complete the procedure.
