Problem sending emails using Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.
This is one of the most frequently encountered problems with people trying to configure their POP3 emails on either Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. The solution for both Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express are given below. The steps could slightly vary depending on the version of the particular email client you are using, however, they will be more or less the same.
Solution for Microsoft Outlook:
1. Go to 'Tools' >> 'Account Settings'
2. Within 'Account Setting' select the 'E-mail' tab.
3. Select the email from within the list which is creating the problem and click on 'Change'.
4. You will be taken to 'Change E-mail Account' window.
5. Click on 'More Setting..." and select the tab "Outgoing Server"

This is quite a serious problem that anyone could face using Plesk 8.2 for Windows. If you are trying to delete a domain name and getting any of these two errors given below, the solution given will definitely help you.
